Shipping Policy — Jracing
Made-to-Order Products
All products sold by Jracing are made to order. We do not keep inventory or pre-stock items. Each product is purchased and produced on demand after an order is placed.
Processing & Production Time
Because of our made-to-order model, orders will not ship until a minimum of 30 days after the order date.
Production times may exceed 30 days depending on supplier availability, customization requirements, or order volume.
By placing an order with Jracing, you acknowledge and agree to this extended processing timeline.
Shipping Time
Shipping timeframes begin after the order has been processed and shipped, not on the purchase date. Transit times vary based on location and carrier and are provided once the order is dispatched.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
- Refunds are not available for delays related to production time
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting these terms before purchasing
